Yesterday I really did not like the excursion at all. First of all, they made us go to another hotel for the pickup, so we had to walk for no reason. I had several problems during the excursion and the staff were completely unable to help me. This was very disappointing and poorly organized.

Yesterday’s excursion was extremely disappointing and very badly organized. At the museum, they offered extra activities that required additional payment even though this was supposed to be a group excursion. Because of this, we were forced to stay on the bus while the others were doing the extra activities. Even basic things like bottles of water were not included and could only be paid for in cash, while we only had a card. We had to leave the group and go outside to a supermarket just to buy water.

At the restaurant, they offered us drinks but never explained the payment conditions. When it was time to pay, they suddenly told us they only accepted cash because they did not have a card machine. I went to speak to the guide to explain the situation, but he clearly showed that he did not want to help and told me to deal with it myself. After arguing for about 10 minutes, they finally took out a card machine, which proves that the situation could have been solved from the beginning.

When we arrived at the pyramids, a man aggressively stopped us and would not leave us alone. We repeatedly refused his services, but he still took our phone to take pictures without our consent. After that, he demanded money. I refused and he became very angry and intimidating. I went to the guide once again for help, but he made it clear that he could do nothing. I felt unsafe and pressured, and in the end I was forced to give the man money just so he would finally leave us alone.

Overall, this excursion was stressful, poorly managed, and the lack of support from the staff was completely unacceptable.
